Market gardening
We are starting our fun farm project with bio-intensive market gardening, respecting the environment and our values as much as possible: no tractors, no herbicides or insecticides, no fertilizers (not even organic). We only use compost made from plant waste and manure made from our nettles.

Iris's Vegetable Garden?
The Iris is the floral emblem of Quebec but also a deity that represents the rainbow.
During our new career choice that pushed us to leave Quebec to settle in the Médoc, a major solidarity movement #cavabienaller allowed us to see pretty rainbows colored by children everywhere in order to give hope to people of all ages who are confined during the covid pandemic.
Since then, every time we see a rainbow over our farm, we think about everything we have experienced and everything we want you to experience!

The Farm
We want to be as involved as possible at the local level because our play farm project will primarily benefit the people who live here. Our mission is to create fun activities for all ages all year round, even in winter!
Our hens provide extra-fresh eggs to a self-service fridge all year round in front of the farm, as well as in Lesparre in front of the HFF gym. We'll be at several gourmet markets with our famous beetroot burgers, and you can sometimes find us at local markets.

We are..
Cédric, a Quebecer, Canadian Forces veteran and high-voltage line installer.
Julie, a mixed USA-France-Canada, doctor in molecular biology who has published on diabetes.
Rose and Éloi, our two little hearts.
We arrived in the Médoc following an opportunity to create a farm, the interest is to spend more time with family and to live off the fruits of our labor.
